Cancellation Policy
🛑 PLEASE READ POLICIES CAREFULLY 🛑
✨Punctuality and Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15 minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and the cancellation fee may apply. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated beyond the scheduled end time, as this impacts subsequent clients.
✨No Shows
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. Repeated no shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
✨Cancellation and Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50 percent of the service cost.
✨No Additional Guests
For safety, sanitation, and relaxation purposes, no additional guests are permitted in the treatment room unless they are receiving a scheduled service. This includes children and companions.
✨Payment and Processing Fees
All services must be paid for at the time of the appointment. A 3.5 percent processing fee applies to all card transactions. Cash payments are accepted and are not subject to processing fees.
✨Treatment Readiness
Clients are responsible for arriving with clean skin unless otherwise instructed. Please disclose all medications, active skincare products, and medical conditions prior to treatment to ensure services are performed safely.
✨Respect for the Treatment Plan
Results are dependent on consistency, adherence to home care recommendations, and lifestyle factors. By booking a service, clients acknowledge and agree to follow professional guidance for optimal outcomes.
✨Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if policies are not respected, if the treatment is deemed unsafe, or if expectations are unrealistic.
