I reserve the right to terminate service if this rule is not respected.📵 ✅Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to go over consultation form, not filling forms online prior to appointment may be subject to extra charge due to time sensitivity. ✅15 minute grace after your scheduled appointment time, if more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled with a 30% fee ✅No call no shows will be charged for the service , if cancelling please do so 24 hrs prior to appointment or you will be charged 100% of the service and after 2 no calls/no shows ,appointments will not be scheduled again. ✅A valid card is required to book appointments
